Ordered over $700, both guns came broken/defective, other items were missing or wrong parts. Customer support is polite, but we had to send back guns to replace. Still waiting for replacements. Missed event last weekend since guns not here yet. I don't feel good about ordering again. I hope replacement guns last longer than a couple uses. Not feeling confident.
I got what I paid for. No complaints.

Yes I got my package! They were very helpful and it got to me quickly
The items I purchased were very good quality. They had a big selection of items and they shipped in a timely manner. I got exactly what I ordered and was pleased with the shipment.
Received my package in good condition but it took two weeks!

Order came as described and relatively on time as expected with the current Covid delays. Had to try to send something back because the color was not as advertised on the website, but they just decided to let me keep it and refund my money which was pretty cool of them. I would definitely suggest going through Evike or an Evike distributor for any of your airsoft needs!
I had no problem with evike I'm very happy with my order but FedEx was horrible. They sent me a text saying package was arriving tomorrow and needed a signature so I had someone wait all day and it didn't come. Then when I checked to see when it was coming they said tomorrow. I had someone waiting again and they don't tell you until about 8pm that they aren't coming so that was two whole days wasted waiting. Now it was scheduled to come on the third day and you would think that after two phone calls to FedEx customer service that only left me angrier and feeling like my package would never come that they might try and deliver earlier instead of later but that didn't happen they showed up at around 7pm. That was three whole days wasted waiting. I wouldn't have cared if they said the package would be be there in five days from today and it showed up then because I would have only lost one day waiting. Sorry to ramble on I'm very happy with evike and my order just next time I order something from you please don't send it fedex.
First delivery was the complete wrong order. Second delivery was missing a gun. Took three tries to get it right.
